Fried Green Tomatoes

We love picking green tomatoes from our garden and frying them up in this easy delicious recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Green Tomatoes
  • Flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt and Pepper

 

Directions:

  1. Add oil to skillet covering the bottom. Heat oil on medium high.
  2. Slice tomatoes and coat in flour.
  3. Place tomatoes in hot oil and fry on both sides until crisp. (approx. 10 minutes).
  4. Remove tomatoes from oil and place on a paper towel lined plate and season with salt and pepper immediately.
  5. Enjoy the love.
