We love picking green tomatoes from our garden and frying them up in this easy delicious recipe.
Ingredients:
- Green Tomatoes
- Flour
- Vegetable oil
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Add oil to skillet covering the bottom. Heat oil on medium high.
- Slice tomatoes and coat in flour.
- Place tomatoes in hot oil and fry on both sides until crisp. (approx. 10 minutes).
- Remove tomatoes from oil and place on a paper towel lined plate and season with salt and pepper immediately.
